Small mini market in the immediate vicinity (600m from our house), but the big shopping center with big supermarkets (LIDL) are all within 10 minutes drive from us.
As for the beaches, you have a number of swimming areas and beaches available all within a vicinity. There is a bathing place on the bay within 1500 meters, which is used by the locals.
The larger popular bathing beaches / beaches are within 5-15 minutes away from us. The possibilities are endless.
It is best to have a car so that you can explore.
The host city, Pula is 10 km away from the premises, which is yours to explore on your own.
During the summer months film festival in Pula, which will be held in the Amfiteatar.

Price List
Important: The villa is not owned by the owners. You can use it exclusively for private and personal use. It is not allowed to hold events or gatherings without the permission of the owner. Adherence to house rules is mandatory.
The pool may only be used by swimmers at their own risk. Parents or guardians are responsible for the children.
Terms of payment and cancellation of the reservation: An advance payment of 30% of the value of the reservation by bank transfer is mandatory. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the advance payment will be refunded in full. In all other cases of cancellation and non-arrival, the advance payment is not refundable.
Children and extra beds: In the living room there is a sofa that extends into a bed 120 * 190 for two people. Supplement for baby cot is 30 € one time.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house.
Other: Mandatory deposit payment in the amount of 200 €. Smoking in the house is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the house.
Minimum age of primary landlord: 26 years
* Each additional person is charged an additional 10 € / night.
** The use of the pool is in the period from 15.05.-30.09.
For stays shorter than 3 nights the price is increased by 30%
